Some Tips about Shellac Manicure

Post by aashton on Wed Aug 07, 2013 5:47 am

When you have got a Shellac manicure, you needn't be concerned about it for weeks. You needn't be bothered about it being chipped or its shine to fade. It is ideal the way it is from day until a few days & weeks. Promptly after you take off your hand in the UV lamp, you can immediately do anything whatsoever without damaging the polish.

Basically Shellac is a gel polish, goes on like polishes, cures under UV lights, and last 14 days without chipping or peeling. Shellac will cannot extend your natural nails. You can apply a tip and then apply the shellac over, but this is not a common practice, as you'll have to pay for the full set and the shellac. Most people would just wear shellac over their natural nail, the shellac helps protect your nails and thus your nails are able to grow out, this eliminates the need for the tip. You'll end up creating more work for yourself and your manicurist ( not to mention just damaging them some more with putting on a tip, and then having to remove it), and waste your hard earn money. If you can stand to have short nails for a month or so, the shellac will be able to grow your nails out to a desirable lenght. It works, it's the best and does not damaged your nails if you have a manicurist that knows what she's doing. Hope this helps.
